Patient and colleague feedback surveys
We offer a validated patient and colleague feedback tool that is suitable for appraisal and revalidation, as well as professional development purposes.
The 360 MSF consists of three elements: a patient feedback survey, a colleague feedback survey and a self-assessment questionnaire.
The patient survey is typically a paper based post-consultation exit survey. CFEP provides all the necessary materials, including questionnaires, individual envelopes for each questionnaire, a large self-addressed return envelope and guidance notes.
The colleague feedback survey is carried out online via our secure portal. Participants submit a list of nominated colleagues to us, we then contact each of the colleagues via email and invite them to complete a feedback questionnaire online. We monitor the status of each survey so that we can follow up, where necessary, with any reminders that are needed to ensure that the colleague survey is completed as swiftly as possible.
The self-assessment questionnaire is completed online via our secure portal. The questionnaire asks the participant to rate themselves against the questions in the patient and/or colleague feedback questionnaires being completed by their patients and/or peers. We then provide a comparison table within the report, displaying self-assessed scores against those of patients and/or colleagues for each question, in order to encourage self-reflective practice.
Our CFEP 360 MSF is RACGP approved to earn 40 Category 1 Clinical Audit points for the Patient component and 40 Category 1 Clinical Audit points for the Colleague feedback component.
Our CFEP 360 MSF is used extensively across a number of RTOs and colleges in Australia and New Zealand.
