CFEP Surveys – how we help you

Whether you’re a practitioner or a Quality Coordinator working within a healthcare organisation, our 20-plus years of experience as leaders in Australian healthcare surveys means that we can expertly and seamlessly provide you with insights to support the delivery of better care.

We have a reputation throughout Australia and internationally for providing high-quality, validated tools and solutions to support healthcare change, quality improvements and professional development needs.

We offer market-leading end-to-end service to better empower and improve patient engagement and overall health outcomes. Our service capabilities simplify survey and feedback processes to allow our clients more time to focus on quality-outputs that make a difference.

Our processes support health care practitioners and providers to gather patient and care insights that are accurate, relevant and informative. Our team then collates the collected data and analyses the results to provide you with an easy-to-understand, meaningful report that includes actionable feedback.

Final reports and supporting information enable and empower clinicians and health services to:

    • Understand colleague and patient feedback
    • Meet compliance requirements as part of registration, professional development and accreditation activities
    • Readily identify strengths as well as areas for quality improvements and opportunities for growth.

As pioneers of patient-based feedback instruments, we’re proud to be deeply embedded in the Australian healthcare sector. Our knowledge of the healthcare system – how it functions, national reform, the key governing bodies, and the day-to-day challenges and complexities, allow us to offer feedback and survey solutions that are fit-for-purpose and deliver results.

Our team is experienced, approachable and enthusiastic about providing a range of product solutions that ultimately contribute to better care. We recognise the importance of sustaining and enhancing Australia’s healthcare system, and the role individuals, teams, peak bodies and governing departments play in achieving individual and national quality improvement goals.

With Australia’s health reform placing greater emphasis on models of person-centred care, we’re proud to partner with practitioners and health care teams to gather insights to better patient experience, activation and engagement, provider and practitioner experience, population health, and sustainable healthcare.
